Sleeping disorder symptoms?
Well basically I sleep a lot. It doesn’t matter what time I go to bed, I automatically wake up 12 hours after when statistics say that the average human body only needs 8 hours. When I do get 8 hours of sleep, I am extremely tired for a few hours after I woke up. I also feel like I need a nap every day at some point. I am 17 years old and my mother sleeps twice as much as I do. Is it just genetics? Or some kind of sleeping disorder?

I feel like the night could be spent doing things much more constructive, i.e gaining knowledge or to reflect and ponder. Shouldnt Dont so many people waste their nights, some to the extent of sleeping till mid-day? All that time is wasted!
